1. BuyaCSGO.com is an officially registered website which is operated by Sovik Digital. We provide digital products, currently we are providing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Valorant and GTA 5 Accounts. You acknowledge the full risk of purchasing a Steam Account or RIOT Account. If Steam/RIOT limits or suspends your account in any way, BuyaCSGO.com will only replace or refund the account for which you made a payment.
2. You should put valid details during checkout. Anyone found using fake information will result in order cancellation and 90% amount will be refunded back within 3-5 days.
3. BuyaCSGO does NOT cover Matchmaking Cooldowns for team kills, leaving a game, kicking too many teammates or being kicked too many times.
4. If you get VAC, Community BAN or maybe you get Deranked after purchasing a Game, then BuyaCSGO.com will be not responsible for that. As all of our accounts are clean and we check our account(s) twice before sending to client(s).
5. Account Acceptance: Participating in matches or commencing gameplay on an account signifies your complete acceptance of the account in its received condition. If the account’s rank different from what you initially acquired, please get in touch with us before engaging in any competitive matchmaking games. We will either refund the rank difference or provide a replacement. If you have already competed in competitive games, we won’t be able to assist with any rank disparities.
6. Delivery Method: We have automated & Instant delivery system. Product details will be delivered automatically to your billing email address within 10 seconds after your purchase. You can also check Game credentials on our website. For that you need to visit “MY ACCOUNT -> VIEW ORDERS” tab after successful Payment is done (for that you need to create an account in our website during checkout).
7. PayPal Chargeback/Dispute: After purchase, if the buyer starts playing the game or opens the game, they agree that they have received the Game Login Details via email for which they made a payment. The buyer may request a replacement or refund if there are any issues within 72 hours from the date of purchase. After 72 hours, we won’t be able to assist. We will replace the product if there is any product related issue which is our fault, if we failed to replace it within 5-8 hours then we will refund the full amount. Replace and Refund not possible if buyer played a single minute from our account(s). You’re advised to check everything before started playing.
8. Stripe Chargeback: After purchase, if the buyer starts playing the game or opens the game, they agree that they have received the Game Login Details via email for which they made a payment. The buyer acknowledges that the transaction was authorized, and they cannot later claim it as unauthorized after using our game. The buyer may request a replacement or refund within 7 days from the purchase date; after 7 days, we won’t be able to assist. If the game has been played after purchase, we cannot replace the product or issue a refund. In such a scenario, we will only be able to offer advice on how to resolve game-related issues if there are available solutions that do not involve replacement or refund.
9. PayOP Chargeback: By purchasing a Game from BuyaCSGO.com by using PayOP Payment gateway, the buyer agrees that they have received the Game Login Details via email that they paid for. The buyer agrees that they made authorized transaction and they can’t claim unauthorized transaction after using our Game. Buyer can claim for Replace/Refund within 7 days from the purchase date, after 7 days we won’t be able to help. After purchased, if any buyer started playing the game then we can’t replace the product or refund the money. In this scenario, we will only advise you how to fix your game related issue if there is any way available to resolve it without any replace or refund.
10. BuyaCSGO reserves the right to ban any user from the website at any time without prior notice.
11. BuyaCSGO reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. You’re advised to check Terms and Conditions before making any purchase from our website.
